The place was packed with people, each table had 5-12 . No mask required if you seating at your table , walking around required mask on.

To my knowledge they don't, unless you have a big party of 10+ people. It has plenty of seating space. I go there couple of times a month during lunch or dinner on week or weekend days, and never needed to wait to be seated.
I think they would have a lot of customers at that time but if you go there sooner, you would not face any issue. They do their best to minimize delay.
