One of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. I was disappointed by the char dog because for the price I was expecting it to be more than just your standard Chicago dog, or jumbo or whatever, but the burger is so unbelievably good. The double is honestly maybe too much unless you wanna throw some extra of your own sauces on there. My girl couldnt even put it in her mouth no innuendo intended lol. But they've perfected the single burger, and that is a massive patty. I've only ordered delivery I bet it is even better fresh. Seriously the burger is SO good.

Really good food. I’ve tried their gyro, Italian beef, salads, and fries. The fries are just plain, so I need BBQ sauce or ketchup but everything else is superb! I love a good portillos beef and theirs is just as good if not better. I took away a star for customer service. I called to place my order, was placed on hold and listened as the young lady took a couple of orders and I guess forgot I was on the phone. The phone stayed busy for over 10 mins after I hung up. I decided to go in to place my order. The young lady isn’t the friendliest; no greeting. Good customer service matters!
