Positive: Location Negative: The policy of no visitors was troublesome. The customer service at the front counter was less than great. There was only one access door to the property. None of the auxiliary key fob doors worked.

Nothing fancy but the room is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the shower had hot water. The owner is a class act and I would recommend that any guest talk to him for a few minutes. It may restore your faith in people - it did mine, no BS.

This hotel does not even deserve a one star. Cheapest, dirtiest, nastiest, grimey, trifling hotel. stinks, the elevator doesn’t even work. Ratchet, I can’t even think of all the ways to describe it. My uncle woke up to a spider crawling on his body then had a spider bite on his knee. He complained to the front desk and they said “sir there’s spiders everywhere”. No this wasn’t my choice in hotel, however it was reserved by family. This place needs shut down. The department of health needs to go in under cover and see for themselves.

Unless they do some serious renovation, I would not recommend it. I took plenty of photos and I should have gotten a room elsewhere but I was exhausted and needed to sleep. The only positives, were that there are no bugs, the AC and fridge worked, and there was running water. There was mold through the entire room on the ceiling, a trash bag covered the smoke detector, stained bedding and cigarette burns in the comforter, towel rack, hair dryer was ripped off the wall and outlet was coming out of the wall. The bathroom door was in bad shape. There was a gap that you could see outside through by the AC. The floors were sticky.
