Anthony was the EMT who helped my toddler to feel comfortable (see the photo of him taking her unicorns blood pressure, was absolutely adorable!). He went above and beyond. The driver crossing the lines a bit made me nervous but I also realize they're doing construction. They both went out of their way for us. Thank you both.

I haven’t been to the hospital in more than 30 years and never in an ambulance, so when I had to be transferred to Modesto ca I did not know what to expect . I was so surprised when I saw my two angels carolina and kendall not only did they keep my spirits up telling me stories and laughing at little jokes along the way to keep my mind off the they got me there asap but feeling a lot more at ease . I have to say they are gems and a asset to your company with emts like them you can’t loose thank you girls thank you sincerely ,Martha 🥰🥰🙏💕😘

The medic who was dispatched to my home on Tuesday was completely unprofessional, condescending, and treated me like a frequent flyer! I am not one to call 911 just because! After being Advised by my doctor to call immediately I didn’t not think I would have to explain wanting to be taken to the hospital. After engaging in a debate with the paramedic who felt I didn’t need to go to the hospital for extremely high blood pressure I was take by a friend to the hospital. I brought back to be treated immediately because of how dangerously high my blood pressure was. The medic really needs to work on her bedside manner! Shame on her for making me feel like an idiot for calling. I can’t imagine how she makes others feel. I will be filing a complaint with the county health department as well.

I called for the ambulance because my elderly mother was complaining of heart pain and shortness of breath. The woman paramedic named, Sam, asked me “Same illness different day?” And then she laughed. I don’t think that was very professional. She has no compassion. I guess she doesn’t like her job! She continued to be rude through out her time here. The other guy was also as bad. On the plus side, there was another young man taking care of my mom. He was very nice to us. He was compassionate and caring. He really loved his job. That’s the way all paramedics should be!!!
