Absolutely THE WORST cvs ever!!!! Currently been on the phone for more than an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone!!! Just drove by the store, and it’s completely empty! So if you don’t have customers lined up in front of you? Why can’t you answer the phone? Absolutely the WORST!!!!!!!!

Had a prescription called in that needed special ordered as they were out of stock, no ETA given. Went by there today and inquired, was told it would be ready in 1 hour, went back up there and it was their lunch hour which I wasn't informed of. Waited for 30 minutes only for them not to have it, they called it to another CVS off Midlothian who had it in stock, I called them and was told it would be ready in about 1 hour. Got a call 35 minutes later telling me that they were promised to other people and would not be able to fill my prescription. I will not use CVS again.

For the 3rd month in a row the prescription that I have taken for multiple years has not been filled on time because of one pharmacist with a weird power trip who doesn’t have the fortitude to call me or even get on the phone when I call. Matt the pharmacist is clearly not a happy guy, and I am sorry for that but I wish that he wouldn’t take out his frustrations with his poor life choices on me. Everyone else on staff is consistently pleasant and professional, which is even more impressive when they know that they are trying to explain the actions and decisions of someone who makes up rules and policy as he goes, changing it from month to month. I never much cared about my pharmacy before, but now wish daily that Walgreens hadn’t stopped accepting my insurance.

It's Always A Wait.... Never Answer Their Phone and this Time My Prescriptions weren't Ready and my brother waited in the line for 30 minutes! I Couldn't Come Get them bc I'm A Covid Patient! I had 4 Prescriptions there and they said I Only had One! They Sent me a Notification today and said my prescriptions would be put back Today if I didn't come get Them! Somebody not on their job Over there! Periodt..... Those medications are my pain medication, and High blood pressure meds! I suffer from Chrono Pain! Who Does That?
