People are friendly. Lunch specials have soup, noodle, rice, and one dish. Good amount and value. A few minutes drive from the shoreline parking lot.

I've not been there recently, but I'm sure they wear face masks and wash their hands. What more can they do? You can't bathe in hand sanitizer every time you get within 20ft of another human. If you hate amazing Chinese food, then definitely don't go.
