I love this place, this worker peyton was so helpful and she made my coffee so good. I would come back for the service for sure, I had the best conversation with her. She seems like such a hard worker PERIOD.

Do NOT order through the app! It will let you order things they do not have available, and the management is too incompetent to understand how to re-open an order and/or refund you. I wasn't offered an alternative to the missing item, or a refund either. Instead, I was met with silence and a blank stare, as if I was supposed to just drive off without my money? I was forced to write a complaint to customer service in their app and jump through hoops with their chatbot. Now I have to wait for a call back on a weekday, just to get a refund for something that was supposed to be handled at the store.

The management needs to teach employees proper cleanliness procedures and how to make the drinks. The person who fixed my drink was holding my cup with her fingers inside the cup. Not sanitary. I received my large mocha cappuccino about 1/2 full with no whipped cream on top. No hello, no thank you. Won't be back.

Ordered two everything bagels and they were extremely burnt and can't even believe they gave them to me. However my daughter said her croissant was the best looking one she's had yet. Hit or miss I guess.
