Justin Whitney lied to us about a gouge in the side of our used 2018 Impala. We noticed a mark on the rear of the car as soon as I looked at the car. He spoke rite up and said it would buff out. My wife said she herd him say he would take care of it. They then took off with the for about an hour. My wife is going thru back surgeries so after sitting in an uncomfortable chair for2 hours she was ready to go. When the deal was done Justin led me to the drivers side, opposite the mark. Run thru the operation of the car. We left there and had to go to Florida the next day. Once there I cleaned the car to realize they did nothing, it wasn’t a scratch it was a gouge. They lied. Certified means nothing. The car was not rite and they knew it .They didn’t even check the tires.Very dissatisfied.
