$80 + for a tri tip....?! What am I missing, is it made of gold? Looked at a few marinated tri tips ranging from $80-$95 before I left and headed to Swingles in Jackson CA where I bought 3 marinated tri tips for the price of 1 here!! Sad I have to go to Jackson and support them instead of supporting our local butcher shop.

Great staff. Better meat, a new Chef, Chef Tom. Bacon! Check the burger, wild side meats also. Worth the trip.

This place has gotten way smaller and offer very limited fresh meats, mostly frozen.

This is the second time we've used Archers for cutting and packaging our hog. Both times, the vacuum seal on virtually every cut is broken and there's is literally zero integrity to the layout of the packaging. It looks like they balled up every cut and then packaged, making it difficult/impossible to organize in our freezer. We have our hogs raised by someone else and they use Archers so it looks like we'll need to find someone else in the future. I would never recommend Archers to anyone who is looking for a quality butcher.

Is that the same thing as lamb chops? I'm not sure if they sell them or not so you'll probably need to call them and ask. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful. They have really good quality meet.
