Yup, I go through them all the time, all you need is your birth certificate, no need for the school ID since you're 18.

Yeah they need it for the waiver you sign before having work done.
Not sure of tge pricing, but i'm guessing maybe $40. You do pay for the jewelry but the piercings are bogo
