Hi Michael! Great question. Our commercials are only staged to look like a real job, which is why the technician you saw wasn't wearing PPE. Every time our technician is out on an actual job, he is required to wear PPE. Mr. Electric of Columbus actually has a Safety Director who is dedicated to making sure all OSHA standards are being met.
