Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm not sure you'd even call this a place of business felt more like I just walked into a strangers home and I was ghost because these people acted like they couldn't see me behind the glass staring at them for 15 mins waiting for some assistance.

I had some coins I wanted to sell so I went online searching for a place that purchases silver and coins and found this place, I read other peoples comments some good and some bad. I met Delores and told her how I found her shop, showed her the negative and positive comments I read online, although I didn’t get what I wanted for the coins It was my choice to sell 3 to her as it is for those who wrote negative comments, my experience with dealing with Delores was a positive one, she knows her coins she was quick in answering my questions her answers where dead on, she explained why the value of my coins were what they were, she was friendly and honest , my experience with dealing with coin dealers is , their not going to pay a premium price, Their dealers not collectors, if your looking to sell your coins , silver and Gold for a quick buck don’t expect to get top dollar , if your looking to get top dollar sell online to a collector Delores gave me a fair price , I was happy with the service I got and would recommend this place to whoever is looking to sell their silver for a quick buck.
