The office(s) have relocated to S. Nickens ; behind Mike’sPoBoy. Food stamps are at the one office next door to Ascension Behavioral Health & Medicaid is in the same parking lot but on the other side of the lot; the back side. I’m going to post the photos I snapped of these locations. You’re welcome :)

Update: Use the address: 1078 EAST Worthey, Gonzales 70737. Unfortunately they're not operating out of this location. I'll try to use BR office tomorrow. Apparently via other reviews it's post address is incorrect also. The corrected address for BR office is: 1919 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806 (Corner of N 19th & North BLVD. Original review: I don't know what's actually at this address but unless the office is in a run down home it's incorrect. AND, when calling the number it just rings....forever.
