Safelite tech I had was very professional & knowledgeable. Handled everything with care. He explain to me after doing the repair how long to allow the windshield sit, not power wash the windshield & more. However, safelite doesn't guarantee the windshield if it breaks although they provide warranty for leaks & seals replacements. Later, I was driving behind a tractor trailer & a rock hit my windshield. I called safelite while driving as it just occurred not thinking to get the tailor licence plate as I didn't want nothing else flying off & they ask me how big was the crack. It was small, they stated I will be a new claim or service. 80 dollars to repair when I spend over 400 dollars. It spreaded so now I have to buy a whole windshield when most of their windshield they sell to the customers are used or restored. This should be guarantee under warranty & consider emergency repairs so it wouldn't spread. Just imagine paying for a whole nother windshield when you spend over 400 dollars then you spend all this money in insurance to be prepared for the what if (emergency) & told you have to pay out of pocket becuz you have to pay a deductible of 500 in order for them to pay out 400 for repairs. It defeat the purpose of having insurance in this case & buying another glass for the same cost of your first purchase while still being under warranty. I'm confused & upset at the whole time.

We called around 11am July9,2022 Saturday and got an appointment for 2pm same day. We arrived at the location and we were amazed for their friendliness, very fast, got our Freightliner Cascadia 2019 winndshield replaced in 30mins. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
