Went into C&S, the older gentleman helped me. I wanted a shield 45, all they had was a shield 9, which he showed me. I asked if they could order a shield 45 and he said yes. He showed me the gun on the computer screen and I said OK. I picked the gun up thinking it looked larger than the shield 9 but thought it was because it was a 45 not a 9mm. I got home and compared it to my S&W M&P 9mm and it was the same gun just a 45. I never fired it and called C&S and they told me they showed me the gun before ordering it and when I picked it up, which is true, and that I couldn't return it. I asked why they would have ordered a M&P when I was wanting a shield. Tough luck, I should have known he said. I will never purchase another gun from them, I have purchased 2, nor will I ever recommend them. They are the gun people, they should know what they are ordering/selling. I could have ordered off of the internet and would have ensured I got the correct pistol, not depend on "Gun People" to order it for me. So much for small business/brick and mortar.
