This is the most poorly run store I ever shop in. It's dirty, the shelves are always empty and they NEVER answer the phone. If I was this manager I'd fire myself. He has no business being in this position. He has no clue how to run a business!!

9/6: Negative!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111 Just to follow-up with everyone, including Corporate if you are reading this. Walmart has still not refunded my money after cancelling my order and emailing me the confirmation. Why?? Walmart takes people's money and we have to fight tooth and nail to get it back. They have taken it and just think how much money they made by investing those $. 8/22/2022: I GIVE THIS REVIEW A - * No rating - below the lowest!!!!!!! Everyone - I am probably the only person who deals with WalMart that did not know this little piece of information that I am getting ready to share. THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD WHEN YOU CANCEL A CURBSIDE ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's right. Oh, and you have to wait 7 - 10 business days for it to be returned to your account. Who does that? I ordered on 8/17 at the 9839 Old Hammond Highway, Baton Rouge, LA. I realized it was the wrong store location. This is where I had picked up the prior week and forgot to change back to my regular location. So 8/18 on the day of pick up, I cancelled. I received a cancellation email and text. That morning, the charges were pending, but by the afternoon they were taken out of my account. I tried calling the store from 8/18 - 8/20 and could not reach anyone. I called corporate and they gave me the transaction numbers and suggested I contact my bank. Well, I'm still waiting for my money and will not order from WalMart again. Just take this as a little nugget of valuable information. MAKE SURE TO NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER, UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND WAITING 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. WalMart is not what it used to be. I see why they have lost customers. I would rather pay more money and shop where I can trust the retailer to deliver, stands by their BRAND and values the customer. Albertson's / Rouse / Callandro's / Target ---- make room for one more.

This store is poorly managed in every department. There is never enough checkout lines open, never stocked with products, rude associates and the pharmacy is a joke, they messed up a simple prescription for my husband and now bc of this, he cannot fill it again. Walmart needs to either close this store or, at the very least, fire the store manager and start over. It’s stores like this one that cause the public to hate Walmart.
