I've read some really harsh reviews here. I will tell you about my experience. I went to the showroom on Sunday at 12:30pm. I met with Carlos, he showed me some new appliances and I bought a new refrigerator. He told me that he could deliver it the next day by 5pm. His delivery men were here at 4:30pm, exactly as promised. The delivery guys were accommodating and courteous. It was definitely a 5 star experience. Thanks Carlos!
