They do not know Medicare/Medicaid guidelines. They make up their own rules. When you correct them about it, they get offended instead of being glad they were updated on policies and guidelines. It’s something they should know anyway. But the crazy things they were telling me was something they made up! When faced with educated individuals, the staff didn’t know what to do. They won’t work with you once you call them out on lies they conjured up! Horrible!!

This place is amazing 🤩 the staff are friendly my Dad loves it there. He loves all the activities they provide. Mrs. Allison the social worker is amazing she has been with us since the beginning I can’t thank her enough for being there for every phone and any concerns I have had. She is amazing. Yes, in some cases we are able to accept patients on the weekend for a respite stay. Please feel free to call our Social Worker or Admissions department at 225-275-0474 and we’ll be happy to discuss the details.

Visiting hours are 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Due to the respiratory need in the community, we do not have private vent rooms available. All are double occupancy but we try to pair roommates and family for the best fit. For more information, give us a call or stop by for a tour.
