You must wait more than an hour and they always want you to share the taxi because there are no cars, very bad service, look for a better option

They can’t handle the volume. Very rude. I was scheduled for 10am and 10:33am still no car service. The good reviews are paid for. They were really good in 2019 but now in 2022 trash

Not good if you use through medicaid services. Dispatcher lies straight out. You call to confirm and he says no problem (morning dispatcher). Used them for almost two years straight until the regular dispatcher, who was pleasant, and not rude like the one they have now that just hangs up on you. He will keep telling you 15 mins even if they know they do not have a car. I had to pay for my car service there and home and I am on SSDI. Don't tell me at 11:05 when my appt. is 11:30 for a scan that you do not have a car. On top of that I always have them take me to cancer center and that same "dispatcher" wanted me to share a car when I had advanced cancer and on top of the fact that there is a virus going around. Brilliant idea, SMH. Too bad, drivers are polite and cars are clean. But dispatcher does not do his job well and does not care.
