We cannot thank Bob enough! We were passing through Baker City on the transam. We had been having issues with our bike squeaking like mad and could not seem resolve the issue. In fact, we had gone to two other bike shops earlier in our trip and they were unable to help. Bob quickly realized the problem and we are squeak free- thank goodness! He also did a safety check on both bikes. It’s been nearly a week and they have been running smoothly. So amazed by the service and appreciate them fitting us in on a busy day as we had to continue on the next day.

Bob put together a Liv MTB for me and it has worked out great. He was really easy to work with on setup/pickup. Also, I stopped in last minute one day when they were pretty busy and they took the time to help me out immediately because I was headed out of town the next day. Good people there!

We are on a road bike tour and had two flats. I could not get the tires back on the rim. We took the bikes to Megan and Bob and they fixed our tires in less than an hour. Very friendly and helpful!
