Working with Matt and his team has been amazing. They are so personable, professional yet friendly at the same time! I had no idea what to do after my car accident because it all happened so fast but they made everything easy for me by explaining every detail down-to earth which helped a lot in terms of understanding where things stand right now plus communicating regularly gave me such peace knowing that someone cared enough about myself during this tough time

After a year and half of trying to figure out what should happen next, I finally hired Matt Hardin Law. They handled everything for me- from speaking with the other driver's insurance company all the way through negotiating a settlement on my behalf!

My original review was a 1 star due to issues with the chat bot service. However Mr Hardin contacted me and we discussed the problem. Mr Hardin shows sincere concern for clients and in making sure that their needs are met. He goes above and beyond what is expected. Very nice and friendly. I truly have earned a new level of respect for him and his firm. Thank you!!!

To begin with, the last answered the phone and sounded like she didn't even want to be there and was upset the phone rang. Then, after giving then 20 minutes of info on a medical malpractice case, they decide to call later to tell me their case load was too big to take it on. One star for at least telling me the phone number and website to look up other attorneys. Edit: I originally posted that it took them a week to call me back and I had them mixed up with another company so I've edited my review to reflect that. The time that was spent by email from this attorney for leaving a negative review could've been time spent taking my case. Had he been as worried about me as much as he was about the negative review, we wouldn't be here but I'll give him an extra star because I was incorrect about it taking a week.

After we demand the insurance company to compensate you for your car accident, we usually file a lawsuit after that. Once in litigation chances are the case is resolved in mediation. When we sit down with the defense and mediator the case usually doesn't need to go to trial.
