We were excited to kick off Labor Day weekend here. Turns out the food was fine (ribs and French dip), but it was the service that stole the show; there was no service. After waiting 25 minutes for our 9PM reservation, we were sat at a 2-top and left alone for 12 minutes. Not even a water. This set the stage for every interaction with staff that night. It was like we were invisible, despite people walking by us constantly. It wasn’t just annoying, it was infuriating. There is no excuse. I gave 18% anyway, but was then angry with myself for doing that. If anyone deserved zero tip, it was this staff. Embarrassing. We won’t be back and I’ll be telling everyone I know.

The food is great and the server was super nice, but we got totally rushed through our dinner like it was some kind of race. The entrees appeared almost as soon as the appetizers and the check in the middle of dessert. We barely had time to finish our drinks. This place totally missed out on a second beverage that accompanies leisurely dining, as well as potentially a return visit. Perhaps they were training for a pre theater city crowd. Why else would we be shuffled in and out in under an hour?

Outstanding service and food. Made our burger exactly to order. Spence, the head chef, even came out to make sure everything was ok. Kris and Casey were very attentive. Best Caesar, fries, burger, and drinks hands down. Good people.
