Pilot 146 is awesome all of the showers are pretty clean at all of the pilots and flying J’s however I’ve only been to 2 that took the time to clean the fans and the exhaust vents VERY IMPRESSED. Staff was friendly and warm! EVERY EMPLOYEE GREETED ME FROM the front counter to the lady working the drink area and even the guy coming out of the freezer!! This store is the standard!! Makes others look ……average

I hate this pilot. I was tried to fuel on June 25. 3 pump out of order but no sign on it. I moved again again between the pump. Finlay i got the pump but that was also passenger side pump was error. Who is manager ? Company HQ must know about this. for driver time is money. Also preapproved fuel list should me removed like this bad management branch.

Since Cumby's in Valatie shut down their overnights, this is the only place to get coffee at 3:45 in the morning, and it was nice and fresh. Was a little disappointed in the lack of breakfast sandwiches available, though. There were quite a few truckers there, you'd think there would be a better selection at that time.Thank you for letting us know. We will reach out to the store to discuss this with them further.
