Got 3 out of 4 things Wrong in our order. Very consistent for Dunkin Donuts this is why I don't normally go to Dunkins can't remember last time I went to any Dunkin.

Just want to say this team is crushing it ! They are always so friendly and make my coffee consistently delicious. Jackson is a sweetheart, takes his time to be hospitable and thoughtful and it makes my day. Thank you to this crew :) it’s not easy with staffing shortages and the pandemic. Everyone is doing their best. When you find good customer service nowadays, it’s worth celebrating.

Love how by it being so busy I drive to the first window and there's no associate. I see an associate in the second window so I figure that's the open one. As I'm sitting at the second window this guy working comes over gives me attitude and yells at me, then actually proceeds to ask me to pay for the person behind me's order... That's how we're gonna be?!
