Best gose and hefeweizen I've ever had. The maple bacon pizza and apple brie pizzas were amazing crispy slices of savory heaven. But not to be out done, the view from the deck on the river was the amazing cherry on the sundae.

We came to Schilling Beer Co on a recommendation from a couple we met up at Hill Farmstead Brewery- and we are glad we took their advice. We were heading from Hills to Franconia Notch and this was a perfect diversion for lunch before our hike. Littleton is a beautiful little New England town with a covered bridge and tons of character and charming locals. Schilling sits right on the Ammonoosuc River and offers beautiful views of the covered bridge and town. They offer a wide variety of beers including many different German styles- so lots of options for people who are not hop enthusiasts. Definitely add Littleton and Schilling to your New England itinerary.

Great beer selection, only had a bottle but it was one of the best triple ales I've had in years. The pizza was good, and fast. Service was good and the place is nice.

This place is great! We were told it would be an hour wait at 6pm on a Saturday but only ended up waiting 15 minutes, and waited while we drank a beer from the tap room next door by the cozy fire outside. The wood-roasted pizza was delicious. We’re definitely coming back each time we visit the White Mountains.

Hi folks. We have a deck that seats approximately 30 and an adjacent beer garden that seats roughly the same—that’s outside seating. Our first floor seats 65, and the beer hall on the second floor is equipped for 75. While we always welcome service dogs with papers, we do not allow pets in any food service areas. Cheers!
This is a brew pub. They sell the beer they make. It's called craft brew. Domestic beer is just a term for beer that's made here in the US like the usual swill, bud and Coors and what not. Funny bud and other should be called import now since non US company's own them now. Many years down the road if this place expands and sells across the US it will no longer be a craft brew it would be a domestic beer. Example is Sam Adams they were a small brewery that is now one of the bigger ones. They started as a small craft brew and now I would consider them domestic since they mass produced beer just like the other large brewerys.
is open year round
Don't you have anything better to do Karen?

Basically, the only options beyond beer would be salad and pizza. Make sure you ask without cheese. lol I used to work there and would add their hummus to the pizza and broccoli. The salads are meh...basically just arugula, little veg and nut topper. It was pretty okay for brewpub. I'm a vegan, and I would not really recommend Schillings for vegans unless you wanna have a night out for some beers and need something to soak it up.
It is available in growlers. They were talking about canning soon.
