Pharmacy has issues with friendliness and speed. It's pharmacist seems proficient but, issues lie in technicians and customer service in pharmacy only.

The Pharmacy Supervisor by the name of Erica (store number 04182) called me at (Magellan RX) to get assistance on how to process a claim. I was tying to explain to her that she is billing the claim incorrectly, I advised the correct info she needed to put in the id qualifier spot. She said there isn't a place to change it, I advised she could also look at the previous paid claim for a visual of where it should go. She said it was processed at a different store so she cant. I said if she cant figure out where to put the id qualifier, she can contact her software vendor. She said "Well, I changed the group number and it worked next time tell pharmacies its the group number that needs to be changed and hung up". However, if she did it correctly, the claim would have paid and it wasn't. Therefore the client would be stuck with a copay and THATS not fair to the client so I called back to let her know its still rejecting on my end and she hung up on me AGAIN. For Ericka to be a supervisor she is very rude and disrespectful. I did not deserve to be hung up on when I was only trying to help her. Please educate your worker, its not about her its about the customers that comes in and out of that store. Thanks

Worst experience with this Right Aid.
