This is a 4-star hotel. It's pretty amazing to say the least. A hidden gem with an amazing view with great service and friendly staff. Yes, you'll pay for such service but that's all worth it. The pool when we visited last time was heated and oh the jacuzzi at 30Β°F air temp is an absolutely mind blowing experience π It reminded me of the Japanese hot springs in the northern part of Akita where there were hot springs outside in the middle of winter while it was snowing. The restaurant was also excellent. Make sure to prepay for the breakfast as it gets booked up fast. Plenty of food for us big guys and the quality was top notch. It beat the Grand Hotel in North Conway and is like comparing apples and oranges. Definitely consider this place for the next visit. You won't regret it. There is a wine tasting deck with locally made cheese and local trails that you can walk along the river... It's going to be amazing again this fall ππ

Our unit was immaculate. Rented through VRBO and the check in was flawless. The resort is gorgeous with lovely views of mountains. Pool and arcade for kiddos was so clean and inviting. Just don't have dinner at restaurant...horrible..but not run by resort, leased out. Oh, winery was an added bonus!

Fantastic hotel! The housekeeping was not the best however: we had to call the front desk and speak with the manager to make sure the housekeeping actually cleans the room. Otherwise, the amenities like the pool gym and arcade were really good. The interior and exterior of the hotel were kept in tip top condition.

This resort is very clean and although I enjoyed my stay, there were a few things that I was not entirely pleased with. I stayed in one of the suits on the fifth floor and was a little shocked to find that my bathroom had a 90% used toilet paper roll. I was also a little shocked that there were no complimentary waters or bathrobes anywhere to be found. I asked if they had any bottled water or glasses they could send up to the room and was told that they only had small plastic cups. My personal opinion, if you are going to advertise as a 5 star resort and charge as much money as one then the least you could do is supply your guests with the basic amenities.

i think you need a card to get in the spa. so if you're a guest and someone you know is staying there just use their card.
