Nice simple place to have a party. The hall is big enough for about 50 people. There is a full kitchen for food prep 2 gas stoves and fridge/freezer. Even has chafing dishes and stands.

I am not sure about the answering machine, but I know the cub scouts have been using it for meetings.

We are looking to have a family reunion in July/August in 2019...our family was born and raised on Arcadia Rd..just a few blocks away back in the 20's. Was wondering the prices, if there's a kitchen, how many does it accommodate?
