If I could give ZERO stars, I would. After standing in line at the pharmacy for close to 20 minutes yesterday, I was (not) greeted by an unfriendly employee. This part is understandable, as they were clearly busy and understaffed as most businesses (including my own) are right now. However, when I asked for a "behind the counter" Sudafed product, the employee threw his hands up, stated he had no way of knowing if they had that in stock, and told me I had to go consult with the pharmacist. When I asked "I have to go ask the pharmacist if a behind the counter Sudafed product was in stock" (for clarification because I have been on this medicine for nearly a decade and never had to do that before), he rudely said "Yes" because there was no way for him to know what it was and if it was in stock. When I tried to point to it literally on the shelf directly behind him, he ignored me and called the next person in line up. At this point, I went to the line for the pharmacist and after waiting there, told the pharmacist which employee had sent me to him for the Sudafed product to see if it was in stock. The employee then turned to the pharmacist and again very rudely said he had no idea what it was.. The pharmacist said, "it is right here behind you and it is a behind the counter Sudafed product". The pharmacist apologized set it aside and asked me to go to the register to pay. Now, at this point the line was back to being at least another 20 minute wait. So I asked if I had to go back to the end of the line and wait again to which the pharmacist stated 'No", just wait here and he will take you next. The SAME rude employee then called me up, looked at me and threw his hands up in the air like he had no idea what I was there for--no words, nothing. Just a rude gesture. When I said the Sudafed product the pharmacist just set aside, he rang it up, said give me your ID and let the pin pad do the rest. I paid with a card, after it went through I put the product in my purse and turned and walked away to do more shopping. The employee, whom had not said one friendly word the entire half hour I was at the pharmacy,YELLED "BYE HAVE A GREAT DAY". Approximately 5 minutes later, while I was shopping in another aisle of the store, the same employee came storming up the aisle bumping into customers, to storm out the door. This is my first google review. I have a business and I understand how hard things are right now. But this gentleman was the most unprofessional employee I may have ever had to interact with. I would definitely not recommend going to this particular store for the pharmacy and getting your meds (filled) elsewhere.

I have given this store very negative reviews in the past because of lack of service at the pharmacy so I was compelled to submit this great review of the great experience I received today. I mean it’s 180 degree different from every past experience dealing with the pharmacy this time. I received great customer service from the pharmacy personnel and awesome customer service from the pharmacist Christian. I greatly appreciate his friendly demeanor and making my shopping experience a pleasant one. He provided me great customer service by being informative and taking his time to explain things and actually providing me options to save money on my medications. He went above and beyond making my shopping experience wonderful, a completely opposite of my previous experiences with this CVS. This young man should be providing your other pharmacy employees at other stores training on how to treat customers and not just making transactions. Forming positive relationships with the customers, and building trust. A complete turn around in the coworkers demeanor and it permeates on the customer’s experience. My hats off to Christian for caring enough about his customers and his staff, it shows! He should win a vacation to Aruba or something for contributing to a culture change in that store!

The worst CVS in the chain. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Never! Even when I get a text to come and pickup they’re always “in process” and they make you wait 15-30 minutes. They’re either incompetent, understaffed, or not trained …

This is by far the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Anytime you go in to get your RX that is supposedly ready-- you have to wait 15 minutes for them to then fill it. Everytime I go in the wait is ridiculous. 0 Convenience what …
