Used to be great but new machines just do not clean clothes. I don't care about the upcharge (well dryers are ridiculous priced tho). Been using same detergent, same usual laundry and they just come out wet last 3 times. Was loyal but I'm done. #14 didn't even take the soap no water flushed it. I'm literally standing here now drying dirty clothes. Can't keep feeding machines that don't do the work not to mention there's never anyone here.

Last 3 times I've gone in there drop of my landry to be done . Older lady was working gets aggvated when she see me coming in with my landry . I can only have 2 bags . She still get aggvated . Like it's her job to do it . It's not like I came in with 6 bags or something

The best laundromat in the city in my opinion.. Joe the owner has a handful of amazing ladies that work for him and they are all very hard workers. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Welcome to the area! I'm really familiar with Robert's Laundromat. I did some work for Robert's Laundromat. I work at a 2nd Laundromat that the owner of Robert's just sold to a new owner. That Laundromat is on Purchase St. in the Friendly Donut Plaza. I am working as a partner with the new owner and I specialize in the drop off services at that location. Sorry, I know that you were asking questions about Robert's but I just had to mention my own business. (Can't blame me for trying) 😊 I'm really trying to build my clientele where I work; But about Robert's. It's coin operated. The washers start at $3.00 for the small loads; up to 15 lbs. Then $5.50 for the medium loads; up to 30 lbs and $7.50 for the large washers that I believe holds up to 50lbs. The prices for the dryers are 7 minutes for every .25 cents. The drop off service starts $1.30 per pound with a minimum of 10lbs up to 29lbs. 30lbs and over is $1.00 per pound. Best of Luck to You
