My boyfriend and I each ordered a RAV 4 Hybrid on April 6th, 2022. Michael McGuire and Eric Shin were great, supportive and patient salesmen. They were both thorough in explaining the various features of the different levels of the Hybrids. Michael was very prompt in replying to our inquiries on the delivery dates during the 4 ½ months of waiting for delivery of our vehicles. When our cars arrived, Michael was very patient while waiting for me to write my notes as he explained and re-explained all of the features of our new cars. Michael and Eric are certainly wonderful assets to your company!
