I’ve always had a great experience at this US bank branch. Despite it being located in a grocery store, the bankers and tellers still offer the full package of financial services. Daniel has been especially amazing to work with! It’s definitely worth your time talking with him if your looking for a professional opinion on your finances.

I like to go to this branch of US Bank because it is very convenient, their service is great, friendly, knowledgeable staff all time, very helpful. Usually there is not much long line, bank customers seem happy all time, I never seen frustrated client around them at least while I am there.

US bank was quick to fix an issue I had with my checking, which basically saved the account--set up to no overdraft protection, that way I am not charged a fee if I go negative, it will decline which is the way I want it. Katie was absolutely professional--courteous, helpful and very responsive to my needs--cannot be topped. Highest recommendation.

This incident happened August 10, 2018 around 2.30 pm. I went to pay my credit card bill there were only one person working and his name I think is Wright as far as I remember. I do have a business account with US BANK for more than six years. When I ready to pay my bill he asked me can I see your ID than I provide him my Driving Licence than he start asking me questions do have any other bills? I said no than he asked me what type of business you have do you loan some body and how is your business. I stop him and says I got to go can you process my payment. He told me if I don't reply all this question he will not process my credit card payment. My question is that necessary for BANK and teller to ask this stupid question. Don't you think Driving Licence ID is not enough. Do I have to tell him How is my business doing what kind of product I am selling and how much I owe to companies. What I am eating how much I spend it today. I told him I am not giving all this stupid question he refuse to process my payment. What a idiot you guys hire to work and what kind of policy you have in your bank. If you hire teller like this to serve in your bank. I will close my Account soon. I hope you will reply me and talk to this stupid person. You can find out who was working and also check the video tape and make sure doesn't not happened to anyone else.
