This by Mark is very expensive in prices... Employees definitely need to work on customer service not very friendly I felt like I was being watched upon none of them asked me for any help to look for stuff store was very convenient very clean but customer service was doll

Very poor customer service. Just walked into this store. I'm not from around here, lady at the front asked for my membership card and immediately accused me of trying to get into this store before. Pretty funny.... I'm wearing a mask of course and have never been to Bi-mart. Obviously I won't be joining after that interaction. Why would you need a membership for this little store? So weird

Fairly large store that seems to be easily accessible and generally not too busy. Clean well organized and a friendly staff. Yes, it's only $5 for a lifetime family membership. Just stop at the reception desk inside the store entrance and they'll get you signed up.
Yes they do. You just need to ask. I worked there before and I’m one of their reps now. They do and should offer the service for free. They have bulk line behind the counter for this exact reason. If they say they don’t tell them that you know they are supposed, politely.
Yes, we are still doing membership cards and ask that our memberships carry their cards when shopping with us. It's easy to get free replacement card. Just stop at your home store reception desk and let them know you lost your card and need a replacement. They can look you up in our database and issue a new replacement card. During COVID social distancing restrictions, in most (if not all) our stores, we kept our inside front gate open to allow free entry and keep the area open to prevent crowding or a bottleneck.
