Thought we would try Applebees again Sat in bar area 12 minutes with no response @ all🤔 3Waitresses walking by NO Eye contact No smiles @ all We left Terrible 👎🏻

Hostess was hiding in the back so waiting to be seated took awhile-our waitress-also the bartender was backed up so we saw her twice-once to order and once to pay. Southwest Chicken salad bowl was a chicken and rice bowl with some big hunks of lettuce and rice-and more rice and MORE rice! Not Mexican rice-rice pilaf cause that really goes with the southwest themed salad! Manager needs to pop in and manage?

Worst service ever, I actually had to leave without eating it was taking that long. yet I still got charged for my drinks when they should have been compted for the inconvenience. I'll never go back there.

Great staff! When I parked in the pick up spot, someone came out and took my order promptly from the car. Got my food in about 15 minutes. It was hot... Great dinner value when I don't wanna cook.
