Normally I'd say I love going to BWW.This evening this was not the case. There were 6 of us: 3 adults and 3 kiddos and they weren't very busy. Our server was terrible. She spent most her time hanging out at the corner booth behind us.. we assume they worked there. Our appetizer came with the rest of the food so it ended up pretty much getting tossed. My 8 year olds food came out later after everyone else had their food. Food wasnt hot and wings that were supposed to have sauce barely had any. We Had to ask for any refills we received, She didn't come back to see how the food was until we were well into our meal. My daughter started getting cranky as it was late. I Had to go find ans ask another person for boxes and to get our bill and she then told me my server would bring it right over. However my server then went and took another tables order AND rang it in before bringing my bill to me but then stood over me waiting and watching me box up food like I was going to run for the door. It was very very uncomfortable. Biggest waste of a $100+. Will not ever ever go back to that location. The ONLY highlight of the entire experience was that we played trivia on the screen and got first place..so my oldest son was super excited.

Didn't receive bag of flaming hot doritos with my flamin hot wings, ordered carrots received none, ordered mtn dew and sprite and received mtn dew and Pepsi, cheesecake I ordered had a large piece missing and also didn't receive the chocolate sauce for it.

I ordered from this location for my daughter and I. So disapointed that the food was cold and soggy. the wings weren't even cooked all the way so disgusting this is first and last time ordering from here .I will make the drive wing stop instead!! And my daughter didnt even eat after I spent over $50 for this..

We haven't eaten at BWW in a long time, but received some giftcards for Christmas. The food was hot, tasted fresh, and everything appeared clean and sanitized. The server we had was waiting on about 7 or 8 other tables and our order was …Hey Emily. We are sorry for your experience.
