I found a half off coupon for Green Teatree Shampoo on JC penny’s website and had the cashier in the salon section ring it up around 2pm yesterday and showed the offer. She says they don’t price match their own website offers, which I found very odd. I ended up going to the JC Penny’s in Hurst and showed the offer and they sold it to me on the spot for what the coupon showed. I told them about the experience at the Parks Mall JC Pennys location and they said that I was given incorrect information and the clerk should of done that for me. JC Pennys, Please train your employees better.

The customer service is horrible. I purchased a ring and earrings in February, had the ring sized and had screw backs added to the earrings. The salesperson said they were backed up about 2 weeks. So now it May and I still haven’t gotten my ring. At first the salesperson messed up the paperwork now the people may the adjustments did add the beads, it won’t be ready until June 11th. Just unacceptable!

I love that some of our oldest retailers are still doing business. Every store associate greeted me with a smile. I'm all for brick and morter stores that aren't Walmart.
