They should invest in hair nets for their employees. Found a long black wavy hair in my Italian beef. Yuck. Up till then the food was pretty good. But I definitely lost my appetite after pulling a hair out of my sandwich.

Stopped here today for the first time. We ordered the Italian beef and Beef + sausage combo. Both sandwiches were great, even better than Portillos. They have a very wide selection on the menu. Onion rings were also great. It's an hour and a half drive but we'll be back!
