How does every dryer lose heat??? I don’t have time to sit around and hope that the dryers will get fixed now I have to go somewhere else with three loads of very wet laundry

This is in my opinion the best and cleanest laundry mat in Manchester NH.. The store is not only the cleanest but for sure has the largest washing machines in the city and the dryers are free.. they even have huge dryers . The dryers work really well and quick. And the best part is they are open 24 hrs so anytime is a good time to get your laundry done.. again love this place !

I am going on vacation tomorrow morning at 8 AM. After shopping for a bathing suit tonight, I came home after midnight to find out that our washing machine broke while my son was doing his laundry VERY late.. after asking him for two days to do it🙄Needless to say, I had to search the closest 24 hour laundromat which turned out to be this amazing place! Where I’ve had my own washer and dryer for many years, I am not very familiar the ins and outs of doing laundry at a laundromat, ie. getting a laundry mat card and operating the machines properly. The attendant, Brian, Literally went above and beyond to help me out. First, he took the liberty of weighing my laundry to find the appropriate size for my two loads. THEN.. not only did I put the detergent in the wrong spot, which he helped once AGAIN and flushed it out for me, but I was also a dollar short in finishing my 2nd load. I only had quarters left on me, so I would’ve had to leave to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts and ask them to change my quarters for a dollar. Brian didn’t want to see me that inconvenienced over a dollar, so he helped PAY for my 2nd load! What an amazing guy he is! Now please, when you do go to the laundromat, and I highly recommend that you do, please don’t take advantage of Brian and expect him to pay for your laundry!! lol..he is WAY too nice of a guy to be taken advantage of like that, so pleease don’t!!! I can’t even express my gratitude towards him enough, So I am writing this review to show how grateful I truly am! Such a helpful, sincere, genuine, all around nice and friendly guy he is!! Brian well exceeds any of my expectations of a laundromat attendant!!! I HIGHLY recommend LaundoMax…and when you go, be sure and say hello to Brian! 🙂👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi Jordan, we are so sorry you had this experience. Please reach out to https://laundromax.com/contact/ to share more details so that we can look into this situation and contact you directly.
I had heard that they finally recently started requiring them and even had signs posted on their doors. The other day I went there with a family member to take turns going in to do laundry (supposed to only be one family member in at a time last I knew). At first I saw the signs about masks and staying six feet apart and even saw an employee step outside wearing one. Nice! But then as time went by and we were waiting inside the car between washes and drying we saw a lot of people go in and come out with no masks and noticed one of the employees did not have one. During that couple hours there were at least 15-20 customers who did not wear masks, plus others who either took them off once they were inside or pulled them down (which makes them useless). And kids running around inside also without masks, along with people hanging out in small groups and not even trying to keep a distance from others. Meanwhile the Covid19 infection numbers in NH are rising.
