Way overpriced for the tiny rooms. Since the complex is old, the electricity bill is super high, so for ordinary use, you will be looking at several hundred dollars a month, which means you could have gotten a nicer, more expensive apartment or house elsewhere for less with a normal utility bill. There is a big problem here with homeless people on the grounds and going into the laundry room and apartments. The managers here come across nice just like car salesmen, but if you have problems, they are downright nasty people. There's really no reason anyone should be renting here until they lower the prices several hundred dollars. You could put up with high utility bills, homeless stragglers, and unprofessional managers for $900/month, but for $1300+ this place is a joke.

I don't personally live here; a friend of mine does. I myself prefer houses over apartments. The older the house the better. I do have to say that its pretty quiet for an apartment complex of that size and the grounds are kept clean.Hi, Frank!
