So helpful and knowledgeable. Just spoke with the manager about my rechargeable pen not working. I used it maybe twice and then it stopped working. They helped me try to troubleshoot but in the end the pen did not work. However they are so fabulous and sending a new one my way! Customer service to the gods! As a person who is nervous/hesitant about THC, they made me feel so comfortable with getting a hybrid with CBD to ease into smoking. Can’t wait to visit them again in the future!
