In response to owners response we were told last time that we stayed at this hotel, we were told that employees are being trained and it was being remodeled. It doesn't take a couple months to train employees. That isn't all the issues. Clearly you guy's don't care about your customers like I said in my review previous review we will not be coming back nor will I be telling family or friends to stay at your hotel. Our stay was ruined this time and last time that we stayed. Will be staying at another hotel from now on. Plus your manager never returned my call.

Stayed at the end of April. Chose the room specifically for the fire place, but was told the keys have been stolen and if I had needle nose pliers I could try those . (Because I carry them on vacation) however I should have asked one of the 40 plus construction workers who were staying there for the week /weeks and took ALL the parking spaces with their huge trucks. They were very noisy at 6am in the morning In the parking lot and blared their music as they got breakfast . Not knocking that they were working but the hotel could’ve helped the vacationers by having workers park elsewhere and the company with the workers should have been more respectful. The hotel had piles of old furniture in the lot and by the walkways and stairs and piled by trash cans. The staff for breakfast were very nice ladies the food was ok. The bathtub didn’t hold water for a bath , but plenty of hot water . We will find another hotel if we go back to Jackson

Delicious breakfast with lots of options for all tastes! Felt almost like I was at a restaurant, with the service we had. Rooms were clean and comfortable, pet-friendly. Would have liked a few more hooks and towels in the bathroom, but oh well. Warning: the keycards demagnetize easily, so be sure to keep them in pockets well away from your phone. There's a laundromat just a couple blocks down the street if you need it.

Positive: Staff is really friendly, nice people. Negative: The first room I had had no hot water (not their fault!) but I was so glad to change rooms because it was dirty!! I¿m short blonde hair and there was long black hair in the tub! The top covering appeared clean but the brown blanket under it was gross

That's the problem she said they cut me a check on the 6th and it's in route 5 days ago and I called corporate also
I use Expedia every time that book our rooms. Using that method , it only shows daily rates.
You'll get a better answer by calling them directly. Check the website 1st and other hotel websites for the cheapest rate and then call them and they will usually match or beat it.
