Honest advice from my heart - Don't GO. There are tons of better options online and in clifton area. I was stupid that I tried this store considering they are local. These people take you for granted and probably that is the only reason they are still limited to this size of business despite of being in this business for 100 years. I have purchased a box of straw and I realized it won't work out since it's a black color. When I visited their store today to return unopened box, they didn't even bother to say hi and very rudely denied with the covid excuse as some one else posted in their review already. I explained very politely a multiple times that these straws will be a completely waste for me as we don't use black straws. I requested for an exchange or a store credit but they very arrogantly denied even the exchange with all hard to digest responses. They don't care about repeat business. Once they sell you something, you are on your own. Go to webstarauntstore or Sam's club instead.

Received excellent service during my visit. Was able to get refills for my Purell dispensers and disinfectant wipes. Cant get those anywhere else!!
