Positive: The hotel was perfectly located. Loved the easy access from the freeway, the breakfast included and the price. I will book with Ramada Sacramento nezt time Im around for sure.

Positive: The entire staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Negative: When we pulled back the bed covers the sheets had dark stain marks on them so we could only hope that they had been cleaned but they should have been discarded and replaced with a new set of sheets or at least some that were not stained.

Positive: Location Negative: Staff should tell their clients when checking in that they do not have shampoo. They should provide at least a muffin, oatmeal or bread glutin free for those who have celiac desease since they do advertise breakfast. Have some knowledge of food allergies.

Stayed three nights and overall was a good value for the money. Had a couple of maintenance issues Door card reader read the card, but the unlock mechanism didn't engage a couple of times every time I went in the door. Microwave made an enormous amount of noise. Room and hotel were clean with the exception of the carpet in my room needed to be shampooed. Small TV inside an outdated cabinet made it hard to watch from couch. Front desk staff we're friendly and efficient. Breakfasts were pretty good and resupplied efficiently by attendant.
