I called them for help on my electric bill they gave me some numbers to call all of them that answered said they was out of funds so I called united way in Charleston back and the guy told me they was out of money I do not believe this I think they didn't want to help me the same as all the ones they told me to call there's something that don't sit right with me about this it isn't right or fair

They should be open, but covid may have things changed up a bit. Just keep trying make sure you got the right number.
Call 211 on your phone and ask for local help. I think the Salvation Army does. But 211 can tell you.
