We were in town for a football game. Where we were staying recommended us to come here. When I first sat down I had a bug crawl up my leg. We waited for over an hour and half for our food. No one came back to apologize and just say sorry we are backed up. Finally when they brought our food out the manager came out with the waiter to apologize for the delay. While we were eating we had 2 more bugs crawl across our table. I also requested my broccoli to be extra steamed and it wasn’t even fully cooked. The celery was rubbery. Once we finished eating we had to wait another half hour for our check while others complained about not getting their food and was immediately waited on, got their food and check. I can guarantee I will never come back nor recommend anyone to go here

Food was sub par chips were stale or overcooked, the chicken on my nacho tasted like it was two day old or frozen chicken, the entree comes out Mac and cheese Luke warm, chicken was not fresh, salad had stale nuts and spoiled strawberries total turn off will not be dining here again

Manager refused to take card, (due to the strip being damaged) would not put card number in instead. Had to drive to the bank in order to get cash from the same card just to pay for take out. Very poor customer service.

First I want to say I was shocked to see how many negative review you guys had already. Second I want to let you know about my RACIST AND DEGRADING EXPERIENCE I had at your establishment. It was about 2:05. I called in my order. My order was taken very well. YOUR BARTENDER WAS AMAZING BTW. I came in already waited over 45 min for an order. I stood by the bar where your bartender directed me. Karen came over and asked was I waiting on something. I THOUGHT SHE WAS TRYING TO BE HELPFUL. I said yes my to go order bartender helped me already thanks. She looks at me and says standing there is not going to make it come any faster. Rolls her eyes and walks off and says “BLACK PEOPLE”. She then came back out and said you can take a seat. The people around me looked in shock and couldn’t believe how I was being treated. After I was already patiently waiting for an order without complaining watching the game. She then proceeds around me grabbing the ticket and bumping me on purpose. Run your cameras it will show. I have never been so racially profiled discriminated against or targeted in my life. She needs to be fired for this behavior. This establishment use to be my favorite considering you guys always messes up my order. I will never eat here again. I went home and cried at the fact this establishment has someone working here and I told the manager and she said she will talk to her. This is unacceptable and needs correction IMMEDIATELY.
