Joined REI with 30.00 lifetime membership. Ordered a water purifier and Bear Spray through their online portal. Items were easy to find add to cart and checkout. Ordered for in store pickup at the Galleria area in Roseville. After purchase I reviewed my order and noticed that one item was being processed for pickup in Sacramento. I went online and initiated chat and after about 15 minutes of messaging my issue was resolved To my satisfaction. Pickup in store was fast and efficient and staff were friendly and helpful. 5 stars for REI today

We ordered a bike for our daughter and within a few days it was delivered to the store/set up and ready for her to ride on her birthday! Employees were so helpful. Lowered the seat and helped bring the bike to the car as I had my little one with me. Such an easy process. Thank you!

I think you mean trekking poles, which they do carry. I'm not sure about the Hi-Tec brand, but I know they carry Black Diamond, Leki, and Komperdel on top of their own brand.
May be store by store. Roseville has a good sized woman's dept but I know it's a bigger store (vs Folsom that I remember being smaller)

Only a hand full of California REI stories rent outdoor gear, mostly camping gear, but Roseville is not one of them. The REI stories that do rent gear don't list paddle boards on their list, so the short answer is no, they do not. Have fun outside! 💯%
