After scheduling our service appointment the technician came out to do the spraying for the pest control. We understood that the pest control spray may take a few days or even a week to normalize the living area so that the ants and or other pest would go away! However the ants continued to come in through the house spiders continue to collect on the porch and we still have hornets flying around. We paid $110 for the first service. We called the office to cancel our services going forward due to the fact that services did not work. They informed us of the cancellation fee of $120 that needed to be paid so that we can cancel the service that did not work in the first place. I explain to the girl on the phone that I was extremely upset with being charged an additional $120 a total of $230. For a service that absolutely positively did not work. I paid the fee and on top of it the office girls had an attitude with me. If you’re having issues with pest control I highly recommend taking a look at another company or YouTube even the people down at Home Depot and Lowe’s can provide you with Help possibly doing it yourself. I hope this review helps other customers make a more informed decision and whatever you do do not sign with any pest control company that locks you into a contract until you know their service works Terminix absolutely does not work.
