Very nice apartments overall. But the problem is ground floor apartments in 5000 building has silver fish bug problem. Even though we reported it, maintenance team didn't do much about it and we had to live with those bugs. Not expected from a premium apartments like this.

I moved back to Avalon Marlborough after 5 years of grad school. First of all, moving out from Avalon was a mistake. Yes, I did save some money on rent during these five years of downshifting. However, the amount of time, energy, and money I spent on resolving constant issues management in that other place were not worth it. Not to mention crazy electric bills I received because of the older building and lack of energy saving solutions. Coming back to Avalon was such a relief and almost therapeutic experience. It was delightful to reconnect with some of the office team members that I knew from 5 years ago. This tells you something about the culture of the place. Everyone in the office is very supportive, caring, and great at problem solving. Moving in including wifi setup was as effortless as moving process can be. Avalon Marlborough is a diverse and vibrant community and I cannot not be happier here. Again, kudos to the team: Elizabeth, Mike, Samantha, maintenance crew and all other great people that make life here easy and enjoyable.

Started with one bed and recently moved into a two bedroom apartment. The overall experience has been good. Kudos to the leasing and maintainance team for all their hard work. I highly recommend Avalon Marlborough if you are looking for something around this place.
