The pharmacy staff is really 👎 they're rude . They make fun of people. Ben in there when they were making a joke about a woman who was crying at the window. My wife was there yesterday to pick up her medicine she was told they would be done that night. I went to pick them up and the dude at the window told me they had nothing. I said she was there yesterday and was told to come back that evening there the dude said they were behind to come back at 9 .the store close at 9 . I am going to take my business to weis.

It is embarrassing how bad this CVS is. If the hospital weren't close by they wouldn't get any business. It is obvious that management is incompetent; this is evident in the way staff neglects customers and how understaffed and unorganized the pharmacy is.

Ahhhh cvs. They gave me my vaccine, they gave me an at home covid test. So for that I’m thankful for their faithfulness throughout the pandemic. But cmon now. Can I please get my prescription when you say it’s gonna be ready? That would be great thank you.

I’ve been calling for days to get a prescription switched over to my new CVS pharmacy that is an hour away. Have sat on hold for 20 minutes each day. I understand they are understaffed but I need my medication and would prefer not to drive to Muncie to pick it up.
