One of the worst stores I've ever been too in my entire life , store is ran by liars and deceptive practices. I placed an order with my fiancé and mother on 5/3/22 being told I would have received my vanity within 4-6 weeks also receiving paper work showing my ship date as 6/1/22 . I call the store on 5/25/22 spoke to Wanda who said she call me back in a few mins that she was going to call the supplier . 4 hours later I call back the store since she had no decency to call me back and I was told "your vanity will arrive first week of June " which obviously was a complete lie. So first week of June comes I call the store on 6/2/22 being told my order is in , I pause on the phone because I didn't even know how to reply to such an idiotic reply thinking why isn't it shipped to my house she then tells me the faucet is in and vanity won't be sent until sometime in July. And since this store is ran by children they hang up on me . this store is ran by spineless jelly fish who are scared to have real adult conversations I call the general manager Brian trying to get some sort of resolution telling him I'd comprise for a discount on my order for being lied too because his sales lady uses deceptive practices. Which he then sympathized with me and told me let me work on this for you by calling the supply to have it expedited and give an addition discount . What a waste of time as nothing got done didn't even have the decency nor the man hood to call me back . Worst experience ever, Do not shop here . This store practices deceptive practices and is affluent in consumer harm .

Oh boy, I stopped by the GPS showroom to look for a plumbing part just last week, and one of the receptionists who happened to be a Caucasian was constantly giving me that "are you here to steal something?" kinda look. Wow... Admittedly, I was not a white, in gym shorts and wearing casual sandals on that scorching hot summer day, but I was just looking for a part for the main bathroom in my not-so-cheap yet "all paid off" condo in Bergen County. Point being, any of GPS showroom stuff wouldn't have tempted me enough to risk shoplifting, where this white lady was literally razor staring at me throughout my presence at the store, including before and even after I used their bathroom on premise. Hew... Being an A-Tier law-abiding US citizen, I have never felt under that much surveillance by anyone in my entire life, unless this lady "cop" happened to have a huge crush on me. LOL
